Winnebago Buy Local will present a Local Holiday Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, at Rockford College Regents Hall inside the Burpee Center (second floor), 5050 E. State St., Rockford.

Admission and parking for the event are both free.
