My opponent Timothy Durkee pushed for this, supported this, voted for this and is on the committee. I thought it was crazy at the time and still do. Mr. Griffin is so correct. This is going to effect a lot of businesses here in Rockford. Over 1000 percent increase! I am committing myself to look out for the well-being of all citizens, business owners, taxpayers and the like. People who know me know this.
