On Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays throughout December, Rockford Park District’s Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens has featured a series of holiday musical performances by local musicians. Pictured, the Womansong Chorale, under the direction of Roberta Flaherty, performs Christmas music as part of the series. The series continues Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays through Dec. 29. Performances are free with paid conservatory admission, which is $6 per person ($8 non-resident); children age 4 and younger are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
