St. Paul Lutheran presents holiday musical ‘Back to the Manger’ Dec. 19

St. Paul Lutheran School, 811 Locust St., Rockford, presents Back to the Manger at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 19. The performance of this full-length musical will be in the school’s gymnasium.
Back to the Manger was created and written by Daniel and Christy Semsen. It tells the story of young people accidentally traveling back through time to discover the meaning of Christmas. Along the way, they also learn about sharing the love of Christ by helping others in need.
In addition to the musical, the school’s popular concert band will present a Christmas concert. All are invited to this celebration. Plenty of free parking is available in the school’s lot adjacent to the gymnasium. Call the school office at (815) 965-3335, ext. 215, for more about the performance.
