State Police arrest seven for DUI in Winnebago County between Dec. 5-31

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 announced the following were arrested in Winnebago County between Dec. 5 and Dec. 31 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Jamal T. Coleman, 19, of Rockford; Jessica L. Gierut, 28, of Rockford; James D. White, 41, of Rockford; Ryan B. Hand, 38, of Cherry Valley, Ill.; Michelle D. Deserio, 48, of Rockton, Ill.; Mario N. Rosales, 27, of Rockford; and Jeffrey A. Stewart, 19, of Machesney Park, Ill.
