Rockford Art Museum’s Art Talks Lecture Series kicks off Jan. 11

Rockford Art Museum’s 2013 Art Talks Lecture Series will feature the following artists:
Jan. 11 — Jeanne Ludeke, “Revealing the Intimate Nature of Trees”;
Feb. 15 — Diane Simpson, “ The Architecture of Dress: Clothing Structures Revealed”; and
March 8 — Professor Emeritus Dimitri Liakos, “The Draped, the Nude and the Nakes In Greek Art and the Exultation of Physical Beauty.”
Cost is $25 for the entire series by reservation; or $10 at the door for the general public or $8 for seniors and students.
Lectures will be at noon in the theater inside Riverfront Museum Park, which houses RAM, 711 N. Main St., Rockford.
