Did anyone else notice that nowhere in this article did the Doctors Vogl state for the reader what "PV" is?
Obviously neither of them received their Doctorate in English.

YOU WRITE:
"The impact of Chinese PV manufacturing remains huge."

It is clear to me that China’s manufacturing impact is not only huge, but also very frightening.

Red China has used the PV industry as it has other manufacturing sectors to become an economic super-power by abusing its workers:

How will our planet’s environmental sustainability be enhanced by going solar when doing so has contributed to the huge profits that:

1] have been earned by a totalitarian dictatorship by selling goods, like PV equipment manufactured by its de facto slaves, and that;

2] are now being used by that same despicable regime to arm itself and threaten its neighbors?

You greenies have got to get your heads out of the sand! Without globalized liberty and justice for everyone, everywhere, always, the pitiful attempts by wealthy countries to “go green” will amount to nothing more than rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
