County to cease collection of tolls at Harlem Toll Plaza on Bauer Parkway

As of April 1, Winnebago County will no longer be collecting tolls at the Harlem Toll Plaza on Bauer Parkway. The county is urging citizens to use tokens on or before midnight, March 31. Toll collection will continue until that time.
