Adult Golf Conditioning Clinics begin Feb. 9, March 9

Adult golfers ages 18 and older who are looking to achieve optimum physical performance and gain valuable tips to improve their game will benefit from Rockford Park District’s Golf Conditioning Clinics in February and March.
Each 50-minute class of the three-part series will focus on a specific topic with hands-on instruction from a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Fitness Instructor, and technical training/drills taught by a Certified PGA golf professional.
Sessions meet Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. for three weeks beginning Feb. 9 and March 9 at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford; level one and level two clinics are scheduled for each session. Fees are $40 per clinic ($50 non-resident). Register at least one week prior to each clinic, either online at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org [1] (click Register Now), or by mail, fax (with credit card) or at either Park District Customer Service location (downtown Rockford, or Carlson Ice Arena, Loves Park). Registration will close as capacities are reached.
A schedule of all clinics, as well as a registration form, is included in the Park District’s Winter/Spring 2012/2013 Program Guide available online, at Park District offices and facilities, or by calling Customer Service at (815) 987-8800.
