It is closed most of the time. On the west side there are no Saturday hours at Rockton Center. Almost no programming either. Our library system is referred to closed by other librarians at conferences. No I do not work for the library, but was a frequent library user until my library was basically closed with it inconvenient hours and no programs for children. Try getting in the library.
