Rockford City Market to host vendor workshop Feb. 22

Rockford City Market will host a vendor workshop from 2 to 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 22, at the Millennium Center, 220 S. Madison St., Rockford.

The workshop will provide valuable information and expert guidance regarding the vendor application process for the market, booth design, public health regulations, general business issues, customer service, technology tools, social media marketing and maximizing profits.

The workshop will be held for emerging and existing businesses in downtown Rockford, as well as those that are considering starting a new business in the Rockford City Market.

2013 Rockford City Market begins May 31. Applications are available at www.rockfordcitymarket.com.
