State Police arrest 13 for DUI between Jan. 1 and Feb. 21 in Stephenson, Winnebago counties

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 announced the following arrests were made between Jan. 1 and Feb. 21 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Arrested in Stephenson County — Penny L. Groshans, 50, of Forreston, Ill.; Laurence E. Janicke, 52, of Freeport, Ill.; Roger E. Wakenight, 43, of Sterling, Ill.; and Vernon W. Kuhlemeier, 19, of Dakota, Ill.

Arrested in Winnebago County — Larry Croft, 45, of Rockford; Ramon F. Vasquez, 34, of Rockford; Wendy S. Moon, 44, of Freeport, Ill.; Chad Edward Pehl, 39, of Davis, Ill.; Charles E. Berkeley, 36, of Chicago; Rebekah N. Fritz, 26, of Rockford; Wesley A. Neimeyer, 24, of Belvidere, Ill.; Matthew T. Lowe, 34, of Rockford; and Justin J. Vangsness, 22, of Rockford.
