Anderson Japanese Gardens featured on Wisconsin Public Television

Rockford’s Anderson Japanese Gardens, 318 Spring Creek Road, was featured on a March 3 episode of The Wisconsin Gardener on Wisconsin Public Television.

The episode featured host Shelley Ryan and Anderson Japanese Gardens’ curator and head of horticulture, Tim Gruner. Viewers were taken through the gardens’ winding pathways, along its bubbling streams, and shown its magnificent architecture while being given a history of the garden and a more comprehensive understanding of Japanese gardening elements.

Since The Wisconsin Gardener’s premiere in 1992, Ryan and her guests have consistently presented gardening tips specific to Wisconsin and have become a valuable resource for viewers.
