Garbage collection pushed back a day because of winter storm

Garbage collection has been pushed back a day in the city of Rockford as a result of the March 5 winter storm.
Collection scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, has been moved to Wednesday, March 6; March 6 collection has been moved to Thursday, March 7; and March 7 collection has been moved to Friday, March 8.
