Author Patricia Haley will talk about her latest novel, Anointed, at 7 p.m., Friday, March 8, at Rockford Public Library’s Montague Branch, 1238 S. Winnebago St. in the Connie Lane Room. The fourth novel in the Mitchell family saga, Anointed goes back to the beginning when Dave and Madeline build the infamous DMI (a multimillion-dollar leadership training company) from nothing, only to see the fruits of their labor end up in divorce court, setting the stage for years of fallout.
Patricia Haley is an award-winning, Essence national bestselling author of seven faith-based novels. She is also a business consultant with an engineering degree from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Originally from Rockford, Ms. Hakey currently resides in Chicago with her husband and daughter.
