Two fugitives wanted in Tennessee arrested in the area of Broadway and Ninth in Rockford

Friday, March 8, Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies assisted members of the United States Marshal’s Service in the apprehension of two fugitives wanted out of Tennessee.

The arrests were made in the area of Broadway and Ninth Street late in the afternoon.

The following subjects were taken into custody and are being held in the Winnebago County Jail pending extradition to Tennessee:

Brandon S. Donaldson, 23, wanted for murder by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville, Tenn.; and Alexander J. Branner, 21, wanted for probation violation by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville, Tenn.
