Kinzinger’s office to be in area March 18-19

The office of U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., will hold traveling office hours in March to assist area residents. Constituents are encouraged to stop by and ask questions or seek assistance about any issues they may have with federal agencies ranging from Medicare and Social Security to veterans benefits and immigration issues.

Kinzinger will not be present during the traveling office hours. Caseworkers and field representatives will be available at the traveling office hours to facilitate questions and personally address any problems residents may have. No appointments are necessary.

Those who cannot attend the traveling office hours, but have questions, can contact the Ottawa District Office at (815) 431-9271.

Following, by county, are locations, dates and times of area traveling office hours:

Boone County — Poplar Grove Village Hall, 200 Hill St., Poplar Grove, 2-3 p.m., Monday, March 18;

DeKalb County — Waterman Village Hall, 215 W. Adams St., Waterman, Ill., 10-11 a.m.; and City Council Chambers, 333 E. First St., Genoa, Ill., 1-2 p.m., Tuesday, March 19;

Ogle County — Byron City Hall, Council Chambers, 232 W. Second St., Byron, Ill., 11 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, March 19; and Oregon City Hall, Council Chambers, 115 N. Third St., Oregon, Ill., 12:30-1:30 p.m.; and

Winnebago County — South Beloit City Hall, City Council Chambers, 519 Blackhawk Blvd., South Beloit, Ill., 12:30-1:30 p.m., Monday, March 18; and Machesney Park Village Hall, 300 Roosevelt Road, Machesney Park, Ill., 11 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, March 19.
