Rockford police arrest four after compliance checks of 49 parolees

March 21, members of the Rockford Police Department combined efforts with the Illinois Department of Corrections Parole Division to conduct 49 parole compliance checks on parolees who list their address in Rockford. The parole compliance checks focused on parolees who are on parole for violent offenses.
The following arrests were made during the parole compliance checks:
Schuylar A. Givhan, 28, of Rockford — City of Rockford failure to appear warrant; Winnebago County failure to appear warrant; and Winnebago County failure to appear warrant.
Robert D. Ramey, 32, of Rockford (not on parole) — Unlawful use of a weapon by a gang member (.380-caliber pistol recovered) and no Firearm Owner’s Identification card.
Clinton A. Lee, 24, of Rockford — Violation of the Cannabis Control Act, 10-30 grams cannabis; possession of drug paraphernalia; and Illinois Department of Corrections warrant issued.
Qutaves Q. Box-Woodard, 22, of Rockford— Unlawful use of weapons (stun gun); and Illinois Department of Corrections warrant issued.
