Anderson Gardens hosts second Guest Chef Dinner April 20
Rockford’s Anderson Japanese Gardens will host its second Guest Chef Dinner Saturday, April 20. The dinner will feature a four-course meal prepared by Rockford chef Al Castrogiovanni of Alchemy and Giovanni’s. Each course will be paired with a cocktail created with Death’s Door Spirits by master mixologist Grant Hurless.
This is a family-style dinner where guests will seat themselves at long tables. Cocktail social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with seating for dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $85 per person (does not include tax and gratuity). Space is limited and guests must make reservations by Tuesday, April 9. Guests must be at least 21 years old to attend.
