Needed — an informed electorate

The past four years have demonstrated that flowery speeches and charm have very little impact on our quality of life and our economic health. We have also observed that an $800 billion stimulus package has about the same effect. Obama’s second term strategy has not changed, so we can reasonably expect the unmanageable debt and unemployment to continue to grow.

Obama won re-election because of the low information voter population. This population came about because the liberal media has failed to keep voters informed of the facts and the truth. They support his ideology and report to us what they want and delete what they do not want us to hear.

His current “charm” strategy must be identified for what it is: a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The answer does not lie in Obama Socialism but rather in allowing the free market towork with minimal government intervention.

Fifty-one percent of American voters re-elected Obama. This is not a mandate. We may regret our decision, but we must live with it. We can weather this next four years if we become informed and encourage our representatives to replace the Obama Socialist agenda and restrain his out-of-control spending.
