Whimsical Fairy Gardening class May 4 at Rockford’s Klehm Arboretum

University of Illinois Extension is offering a Whimsical Fairy Gardening class at Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, May 4. Cost to attend is $5 per participant. Registration includes entrance into Klehm, morning coffee, handouts and a chance to win door prizes to get your fairy garden started.

Join U of I Extension master gardener Rachel Walters-Stefanini and learn how to create a charming outdoor fairy garden. Rachel will share fairy lore as well as plant selection and care of your fairy garden, including how to keep it looking magical throughout each season.
