Cherry Valley Festival Days set for Aug. 23-25 at Baumann Park

CHERRY VALLEY, Ill. — Cherry Valley Festival Days will be Friday-Sunday, Aug. 23-25, at Baumann Park, 298 Walnut St., Cherry Valley, Ill.

The event features food, carnival rides, live music, a cherry pie-eating contest and fireworks. Festival hours are 5 p.m.-midnight, Friday; 9 a.m.-midnight, Saturday; and 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday.

Admission is $5 advance buttons, good for all three days and available through Aug. 23 at CherryVale Schnucks, Cherry Valley Library, Shell Express Lane, Cherry Valley Village Hall, and Alpine Bank at CherryVale Mall and East State Street; $6 Friday (good for all three days); $6 Saturday (good for Saturday and Sunday); and $3 (good for Sunday).
