Local photographer’s work on bags sold worldwide

Pritz Photography’s image of Rockford’s Davis Park has been selected to be featured on the exclusive products of a new company. Muto Bags, a promising startup, offers messenger bags with an innovative, interchangeable front flap. Pritz Photography’s artistically-enhanced photograph of Davis Park was taken during the On the Waterfront festival, and will convey the electricity of downtown Rockford on bags sold worldwide.

Muto, LLC, held the contest as part of a fund-raising effort, through Indiegogo, to launch the bags on a full-scale retail basis. In addition to providing a platform for artists to showcase their work, Muto is donating a percentage of the proceeds from sales to charities of the artists’ choice. Pritz Photography has chosen Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary of Rockford to benefit from the program.

It’s a great opportunity to be able to broaden the exposure of my artwork, while also helping a charitable organization in my own community,” said Sherry Pritz, owner of Pritz Photography. “Putting a spotlight on a Rockford landmark is also very fulfilling.”

Muto bags are manufactured in the U.S.A. of top-quality materials. Varying sizes are available, each with a waterproof exterior and the detachable lid design. Customers may interchange lids to customize the function and/or look of their bag in seconds, and may choose from stock or custom designs.

Pritz Photography, based in Rockford, artistically enhances distinctive photographs to create a style unique in the marketplace. The company’s work, known for its urban appeal, has appeared in museums, shows and even a major network television program, and is on display in business and residential settings.
