Raw Energy: Eating a high raw food diet is an awakening experience

It is not common for something to come along that impresses or excites me so much as my journey with raw foods. Not only has it opened my eyes to the many degenerative aspects in the traditional American diet, but I have also experienced and transformed a vast number of things in my life. I continue to be amazed by the changes and results I have accomplished and witnessed in myself and others.
Eating at least 50 percent raw foods, one experiences an improved level of health and vitality. Eating 50 percent is really very easy to do, and many may be surprised at the simplicity in doing so and preparing raw food meals. If you do more than 50 percent, you will be on your way to amazing things.
Raw foods not only have wonderful nutritional benefits, but also stabilize blood sugar; create radiant, glowing skin; create happy moods; freshen breath; provide everlasting energy; act as a natural source of medicine, beauty and preservation; enable one to reach or maintain their ideal weight; have virtually zero negative side effects; and frequently halt and/or reverse degenerative health conditions.
Not only are raw foods more vibrant in flavor and taste great, they are frequently faster and easier to prepare and require less clean-up.
As you incorporate more raw, plant-based foods into your diet, your tastes naturally change, making it easier to follow better choices and also reducing or eliminating cravings. This also helps you overcome those sugar addictions to which many people are imprisoned.
Processed and packaged foods are addictive, just like drugs and alcohol. Rewire your system, get back to the basics — fresh fruits, vegetables and natural fats.
No need to deprive yourself. One can still enjoy decadent gourmet entrees and desserts, like burritos, chips and chocolate mousse-layered cake … simply using fresh fruits, vegetables and natural fats.
Your body has powerful healing properties that enable you to excel, regenerate or heal — one simply needs to give it the opportunity to do so. God has given you an AMAZING machine. If you do not take care of it, where and how will you live? Eat smart! Raw food IS for smart, busy people!
