The Rockford City Market is accepting applications for its fifth season, which will begin Friday, May 30. Applications are being accepted online at managemymarket.com.
In an effort to streamline this year’s application process, all potential vendors must access the site managemymarket.com to apply. No written applications will be accepted. Manage My Market is a website and tool that many farmer’s markets around the country use for vendor application and management.
“We continue to look for ways to streamline the application process to make it as easy for our vendors as possible. Many regional markets are using Manage My Market, and we’re confident the site will ensure the application process continues to be smooth and consistent,” said Cathy McDermott, Rockford City Market Manager.
Vendors who wish to apply for Rockford City Market will need to sign up for a free account at managemymarket.com. Applications for the first half of the season must be in by March 14. Early bird pricing ends April 4.
Additionally, the Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau has developed a new website for the Market. Rockfordcitymarket.com will continue to feature vendors, weekly specials, and performers. RACVB will continue to manage marketing and public relations for Rockford City Market for its fifth season.
Rockford City Market is a collaborative effort of several agencies, including the Rock River Development Partnership, Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, the River District Association, and the City of Rockford.
