Rockford man arrested on drug charges after search of Marshall Street residence
A Rockford man faces drug charges after being arrested by Rockford Police Department’s Narcotics Unit Wednesday, April 8, at his Marshall Street residence.
Police say Thomas J. Arrington, 57, was involved with selling cocaine from his home at 3042 Marshall St.
Based several tips, narcotics detectives initiated an investigation of the residence and served a search at the address Wednesday afternoon. During the search, detectives seized more than 500 grams of cannabis, more than 91 grams of cocaine, United States currency, and
other items associated with drug trafficking.
Police located two other adults, who were not charged, and one child inside the residence.
Arrington was charged with possession with Intent to deliver 15-100 grams of cocaine and possession with intent to deliver 500-1000 grams of cannabis.
Arlington is being held in the Winnebago Jail awaiting a felony bond hearing. He is currently on probation for similar offenses.
