St. Paul Lutheran School students perform in ‘The Starfactor’ May 9

St. Paul Lutheran School, 811 Locust St., Rockford, will present a musical, The Starfactor, at 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 9, in the school gymnasium. The pre-school through fourth-grade students are the stars of this performance with a message.
This special event provides families looking for a school home to discover St. Paul Lutheran School. Perspective families are welcomed to attend and meet with the admission counselor and faculty members. St. Paul endeavors to become a destination for those in the Rockford area seeking an affordable Christian education.
St. Paul Lutheran School has reduced tuition again for all grades. St. Paul boasts one of the most affordable tuition levels in the entire area. Tuition for community members is $2,675 per student for the 2014-2015 school year. This is less than $68 a week based on a 10-month payment plan.
St. Paul Lutheran School is a kindergarten through eighth-grade institution. The school is fully accredited by the NLSA (National Lutheran School Accreditation) and holds Illinois State Recognition. In addition to regular classroom offerings, St. Paul has computer education, a departmentalized junior high, online Accelerated Reading, drama productions, instrumental music education, religious instruction, weekly chapel services, Latin instruction, art specialist, hot lunch, and a full range of interscholastic sports. St. Paul is also the home to Little Lambs Learning Center and Daycare. St. Paul Lutheran School was established in 1888.
