Your Horoscope: Week of May 28-June 3, 2014
By Denise Guzzardo
Week of May 28-June 3, 2014
This Week: Venus moves in to sensual Taurus and stays there until June 22. This definitely has its pros and cons, so let’s attempt to accentuate the positive. This allows us to become more creative, and to appreciate the arts and music scene and the beauty around us. However, the down side would be overindulgence. Too much ice cream ( is there such a thing?). Too much fried food. Too much alcohol. Too much of all the things we should admire in moderation. Then, there is trust. Mercury Retrograde — arriving June 7 with its extended stay until July 2 — could complicate communication and travel. As long as we are aware of these elements, we can utilize them to our best advantage and not allow them to compromise our lifestyle. Enjoy!
Aries (March 21 to April 19) — Home and property are the center of your attention. You’re either considering redoing your current abode, or moving into a new space entirely. Unexpected referrals for the perfect environment should be considered and followed up on. You won’t be disappointed. A love from your past may resurface during this time or in the weeks to come. Heads up!
Taurus (April 20 to May 20) — Venus moves into your sign and remains until June 22. This complements your sensual side, but be wary of overindulgence during this time. This is also a time where your creative juices begin to flow as well. Allow yourself time to immerse yourself in the arts and music scene. This opens the doors for balance and unity.
Gemini (May 21 to June 20) — A sudden windfall is about to occur, putting you in the driver’s seat emotionally and financially. You’re able to see exactly how this will affect those around you as well as yourself. A humanitarian organization needs your assistance. Donate your time and energy to this passionate cause.
Cancer (June 21 to July 22) — You’ve pushed yourself to the limit, and now you need to rest. Allowing others to “get involved” in your personal affairs has not helped your intimate relationships much. You may not be aware of how the “behind-the-scenes” influences have created emotional damage. It may be time to have a heart-to-heart talk with a significant other. Let them know that you’re in their corner.
Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22) — This is a week where you are getting the “other side of the story” from a friend or family member. With all of the information you receive, keep it close to your heart until you know exactly what to do with it. Some situations may call for a “count to 10” time-out before reacting. If you go off before you’ve had time to process this, you will regret what may come out of your mouth.
Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22) — A recent connection with family and friends allowed you to learn a lot about yourself, how much you have grown and developed over the last three years. Now, you can utilize this newfound talent and help others along the way. Your tactful words of encouragement ring true to another who admires you. You may have helped him or her more than you realize.
Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22) — Be very conscious of not appearing to favor one individual over another now. This aspect may be arriving through family, friends or a work situation. Others may be frustrated with you as a result of this action, and if you’re not aware of it, you won’t understand why. This week should be full of romantic energy. This is a great time to spend a quiet evening at home.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21) — Listen carefully to the words another is bringing voice to at this time. Do not overlook the obvious. Your head has been full of other pressures and stress, so it would be easy for you to not “hear” what is actually being said. This negative undertone needs to be addressed immediately before it begins to affect you and your loved one’s long-term relationships. You can no longer sleep through this aspect; wake up and stand your ground.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21) — You haven’t felt like yourself for quite some time now, as though you’re not comfortable in your own skin. However, you can’t seem to put your finger on the point of origin of your anxiety. Soon, the full moon will arrive in your sign (June 13, to be exact) and slowly but surely, you begin to recognize yourself again. Social invitations begin to arrive. Allow yourself this little indulgence. Personal maintenance is essential to your emotional well-being.
Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19) — Legal documents or financial situations appear to be favorable, if you take a leap of faith. A light-haired female has information for you that will clear up an old, unresolved issue. You walk away from this feeling more confident than your previous emotional state. A new vehicle may be in the works for some of you. This is a choice, not a forced issue.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18) — It appears as though you may have bent the rules a bit in the recent past, and now this is catching up to you. Try not to push a conflict over this matter, or you may be biting off more than you can chew. Clear away any old outstanding debt and expect to be rewarded from the universe as a result of it.
Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20) — You may find yourself a bit nervous about re-connecting with an old friend or family member in the very near future. However, if you arrive in good spirits and have the ability to let bygones be bygones, all will turn out way better than originally expected. In fact, you may learn a tremendous amount about yourself in the process.
