POPLAR GROVE, Ill. — RAMP’s Fifth Annual Bad Pants Nine-Hole Golf Scramble will be Thursday, June 12, at Timber Pointe Golf Course, 5750 Woodstock Road, Poplar Grove, Ill.
Registration is at 2 p.m., shotgun start at 3 p.m., with dinner provided by Famous Dave’s and a silent auction, too.
Collared shirts are required, and bad pants are recommended — there will be individual and team prizes awarded for the BEST bad pants.
This will be a fun event with contest holes, drink and food tasting holes, chair massages at the clubhouse and much more. RAMP is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) that is a passionate partner for people with disabilities desiring to live a useful and rewarding life. RAMP empowers people with disabilities to realize there are no limits to what they can do. This is accomplished by assisting them to live independently, make changes in their lives, seek peer support, obtain resources and remove barriers that threaten their dreams of independence.
