Blast off with stellar science during “To Infinity and Beyond” from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, July 25, at Rockford’s Discovery Center Museum, 711 N. Main St. This interactive event is all about the night sky. Use your creativity to invent a new constellation picture, get in the know about what’s up with NASA, sample astronaut food, pilot a “rover,” and race to the planets. Learn how to use star charts, take in a free planetarium show and more. All activities are included with museum admission: $8 adults; $8 children; free to museum members and children age 1 and younger.
