Week of July 23-29, 2014

This Week: As I began my research for the week, I realized it’s an all-things-“Leo” time. The sun moves into Leo this week, Jupiter moved into Leo last week, and the new moon arrives July 26 in Leo as well. It’s out with the old and in with the new. This week’s “new moon” energy provides that extra boost we’ve been searching for. This is the best time to remove unwanted articles and items from your home environment. Pass them on to someone who may truly need them. As a result, action prosperity arrives. This can also apply to relationships, namely those that are taking up too much free rent in your head. Surround yourself with those of like mind and energy. Guard against confrontations midweek.

Aries (March 21 to April 19) — You’re about to witness a dream come true surrounding your personal life, and yet, you don’t really want this to arrive at the expense of someone else’s misfortune. You’re extremely empathetic to those around you, causing you to consider withdrawing from humanity early on this week. Try not to let this consume you, though. By week’s end, you’ll be ready to come back out of your cave with a vengeance.

Taurus (April 20 to May 20) — Annoying distractions may cloud your judgment early this week. You can’t please all of the people all of the time, so set your priorities and stick to them. A letter or long-distance phone call brings unexpected news. There must be a silver lining attached to this somehow, it just may take a while to reveal the purpose of this situation. A long-overdue payment will arrive at week’s end. Don’t spend it all in one place.

Gemini (May 21 to June 20) — An emotional element that has been weighing heavily on your heart will lift this week. Solutions will arrive to clear the air. With this in motion, try not to allow these old conflicts to linger in your head. Let it go once and for all. This will only get in your way of future success. Midweek, you find you have formed an alliance with a powerful individual. Stay tuned.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22) — Emotions run strong and deep this week as you witness the blessings and curses of humanity. Usually, you’re able to find a way around these aspects without it taking such a toll on you emotionally. On a lighter note, activity within the work force crashes through this emotional slump and provides a fantastic outlook for your long-term goals. This ends up being a great distraction by week’s end.

Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22) — Well, all the planets are lining up in your favor, so now it’s your time to shine. Lucky Jupiter arrived in your sign last week. The sun moves into your sign this week, as well as in the new moon July 26. Anything that you wish to accomplish is more than within your grasp. The past year seemed as though everything was in limbo. The stuck, stagnant vibration made you feel like you were trying to shove an elephant into a taxi cab. Allow these new currents to complement your lifestyle. It’s been a long road for you.

Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22) — You’re narrowing down your options to the best-case scenario now. So many opportunities have been presented over the past few months, this may have made it difficult to decide which way to go. The signs are all pointing to one favorable aspect now, providing the clarity you need to make the choice. The weekend allows time to cozy up with a loved one and enjoy your home environment.

Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22) — You may feel as though you’re in a hamster cage running on the wheel this week. If things appear to be boring or monotonous, understand you are right where you need to be. As you process old, worn-out emotions and ideas, the universe is providing you with fewer challenging projects to contend with. Although you would prefer to bury these emotions with a full schedule, that would only stand in the way of your healing process in the long run.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21) — Try not to take the odd behavior of another personally. This has nothing to do with you, and if you “make it about you,” it certainly will turn into an issue in real time. Midweek allows new business or career opportunities to come into view. Take advantage of these aspects, and strike while the iron’s hot. You’re ahead of the game by week’s end.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21) — Legal documents and paperwork finally find their way into the proper hands with a positive resolution. This takes a tremendous amount of weight off you or a loved one’s shoulders. Now, you can concentrate on your own personal wellness, emotionally or physically. As the sun moves into Leo, you will find it complements your fire sign energy and fuels it in the best possible light.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19) — Make room for those who are trying to find a place in your life. Although you may be apprehensive because of past situations with people, you may end up losing out on a rare opportunity in the months to come. Concerns about the health and welfare of an older female may be weighing on your mind this week. Take the time to pick up the phone and check in.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18) — Your intuition is right on the money this week. Check in with those who are concerning you, and use your soothing, healing approach to calm them down. Inspire those who may be feeling stuck in a lose/lose situation to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. This becomes a contagious element that spreads like wildfire. Your own words put a fire under your feet as well.

Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20) — A chance meeting with a female opens doors for career and new social contacts this week. Follow up with invitations to connect with like minds and positive influences. A phone call from far away provides unexpected news. You may need to travel shortly as a result of this news. Stay caught up with mundane tasks so emotional pressure doesn’t get the better of you.
