Franchesco’s reports increase in demand for Thanksgiving Buffet, Turkey Dinners To-Go

Benny Salamone, owner of Franchesco’s is feeling thankful about the boom in demand for his restaurant’s legendary Thanksgiving Buffet and unique Turkey Dinners To-Go this year. The uptick in demand coincides with Franchesco’s five-year anniversary at its 7128 Spring Creek Road location, just off Perryville Road.
“We have already sold out of our Turkey Dinners To-Go,” Salamone said. “This has been the quickest sell-out to date, and one of the largest.”
The fledgling economic rebound may play a part in the increase in demand, but today’s lifestyle is also of large significance.
Salmone noted: “We realize that families have become busier and busier balancing the strain of work, kids and household responsibilities, so more and more families are opting to let someone else do the cooking. We are happy to help!”
Franchesco’s Ristorante is also predicting a record crowd for its annual dine-in Thanksgiving Buffet served on Thanksgiving Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. “We expect a sell-out crowd and will be serving roughly 1,000 people,” Salamone said. “The buffet is a spectacle to behold! We will be going into high gear with 120 employees working starting bright and early Thanksgiving morning.”
