• Allen Eldridge — 38, Rockford, charged with soliciting for a prostitute;
• Jason Jones — 44, Rockford, charged with soliciting for a prostitute;
• Lea Brown — 32, Rockford, charged with prostitution; and
• Janice Schweitzer — 31, Rockford, charged with prostitution.
The Rockford Police Department recognizes the importance of focusing on both street-level and behind-the-scenes prostitution activities, such as Internet-based prostitution, and will continue to focus resources to combat this problem.
Individuals considering engagement in these activities should heed notice that the City of Rockford does not tolerate this behavior.
