Editorial: Got the giving spirit? Here are some places to spread it

At this time of year, people are thinking of charitable giving. Not only does it leave you with a warm feeling of helping others; it can also result in some end-of-year tax deductions. If you’re looking for some places to spread holiday cheer, here are some possible recipients:
