Aggravated battery? Why not attempted murder? He is 16 so I would like to see him charged as an adult and locked up for a long time to protect society! His accomplices should also get charged with attempted murder and ditto sentencing. Sick and tired of these punks getting light sentences and being repeat offenders over and over again.
