Allegations were made to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Jan. 5, and Seaton was arrested Jan. 13. He is being held on a $75,000 bond.

Seaton is a former auxiliary police officer for the City of Freeport and a former volunteer firefighter with the West Suburban Fire Department.
