NIU’s Stem Cafe series makes first stop in Rockford

Northern Illinois University’s Stem Cafe will be making its first appearance in Rockford on Tuesday, April 7 from 6-8 p.m. at The Olympic Tavern, 2327 N. Main St.

Experts from NIU and EIGERlab will be presenting a talk titled “The 3D Printing Revolution” followed by a tour of EIGERlab from 8-8:45 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public with food and drink being available for purchase from The Olympic Tavern.

The Stem sessions aim more at discussion than lecture letting people ask questions they may have on the subject and get answers from experts.
