Staff Report

Cruise Night 2015, hosted by Freeport Downtown Development Foundation, will be August 1 in historic downtown Freeport.

Parking reservations are currently being accepted for parking during Freeport Cruise Night 2015 for the Tailor Made East Lot.

The cost is $12 per spot and reservations may be made at freeportcruisenight.org or in person at the Freeport/Stephenson County Visitors Center, 4596 US Highway 20 East, Freeport.

As part of the event, a separate display of antique cars will be sponsored by Pearson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Pest Control and hosted by the Freeport Public Library in their parking lot.

Typically 60 to 70 antique autos are displayed and antique cars are allowed in the Library lot by invitation only and there is no charge for the invited cars to park in the Library lot or to cruise.
