I have heard that Practice Velocity at the Machesney Park Mall is looking for more space due to the fact their business is doing so well.
I would urge the Village Administrator and the Machesney Park Village Board to talk to Practice Velocity about buying the Penney’s building that the Village purchased this past year.
It would be a perfect fit being right next door to their present building at the Mall.
If Practice Velocity does not want it, there are other call centers or businesses that would love to have this building.
This would get this property back on the tax roll and get the burden off the tax payers back in the Village of Machesney Park
