The Strange Americans will be performing at Anderson Gardens, 318 Spring Creek Road, on Tuesday for Tuesday Evenings in the Gardens.
The Strange Americans are currently on tour across the Midwest playing near members’ hometowns for the first time since the band originated in 2009.
This is the first time the band will travel east from their home base of Denver, Colorado in support of their most recent full length album “That Kind of Luster”.
The members of the Strange Americans are Matt Hoffman (Las Cruces, New Mexico), on guitar and vocals, Trent Nelson (Rockford, Illinois) on guitar and vocals, Murry Mercier (Columbus, Ohio) on keys, guitar and vocals, Trevor Sinnard (Des Moines, Iowa) on bass and Michael John McKee (Gering, Nebraska) on drums.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and the performance begins at 5:45.
Admission to the event is free to Anderson Japanese Gardens members and admission for non-members is $5 for adults, $3 for teens and children 12 & under are admitted free.
Food is available for purchase from local on-site vendors.
Beer, wine, soda and bottled water are available for purchase, carry-in beverages are not permitted.
