In celebration of Steve Larsen’s 25th Anniversary the Rockford Symphony Orchestra will be hosting Roast the Maestro at Giovanni’s Restaurant & Conference Center, 610 N. Bell School Road, on Friday, September 18 at 6 p.m.

The evening will feature a number of friends and colleagues who will have the opportunity to roast Steve by sharing their favorite “Maestro” stories, photos and experiences over the years.
Those who reserve a table of eight will receive two bottles of wine to enjoy throughout the evening.

Those wishing to make a public toast to the Maestro can do so by making a $100 donation in his honor to the RSO. A limited number of roast times are available and those making the toast will be given a scheduled time to do so.

Those that are unable to attend the event can sign the roast guestbook starting on Monday at the RSO Office, located on the second floor of the Riverfront Museum Park, and write a congratulatory note to Steve in his guestbook.
