Friends of the Pecatonica release new postcard book

The Friends of the Pecatonica River Foundation (FPRF) are pleased to announce the publication of Pecatonica River Scenes in Postcard – Book 2. This volume features black and white along with eight colored postcards and sells for $12. All book sale profits go to help fund FPRF Pecatonica River activities.

Books are available at Freeport/Stephenson County Convention & Visitors Center, Book World, 9 East, The Red Barn, and on our website pecriver.org/projects/. Memberships or donate at pecriver.org/become-a-member/.

The FPRF is working to improve the environment, aesthetics and usage of the Pecatonica River. Access site development and river clean-ups remain as our major focus. FPRF has “partnered“ with the National Park System, Stephenson County, City of Freeport, Freeport Park District, and Tutty’s Crossing Coalition. We are thankful for all who support our goals of improving river access sites and developing new access sites and promoting Stephenson County.
