High schoolers selected for Golden Eagle Scholars

Rock Valley College (RVC) is announced the 25 high school students who have been selected as Golden Eagle Scholars recipients for 2016-17 academic year.

The 25 students are: Abigail Baird (Durand); Makayla Barker; (Hononegah); Jake Blaser (Winnebago); Isabella Cece (Belvidere North); Taylor Clark (Durand); Mycah Cornish (Durand); Lauren Cramer (Dakota); Taylor DeVoe (Byron); Chandler Dixon (Boylan); Olivia Gaumond (Guilford); Kalin Jenkins (Rockford Christian); Marya Kaufman (Rockford Christian); Kylie King (Gardner South); Christian Klemm (Christian Life); Tiffany Kreutzer (North Boone); Bailey Penwell (Pecatonica); Aaron Rapier (North Love); Abigail Roderick (Christian Life); Alexander Schoenhardt (Hononegah); Jonathan Smith (Rockford Christian); Kristin Stierman (Christian Life); Marinelle Villa (Auburn); Jessica Walsh (Harlem); Kristin Weyburg (Guilford); Michael White (Boylan).

As Golden Eagle Scholars recipients, these 25 students will receive a $2400 scholarship – $600 per semester renewable up to three additional consecutive semesters, while continuing to meet the scholarship’s criteria – to attend RVC.
