ISU program lets high school students work with professors

NORMAL — High school students can have the chance to work with college professors at Illinois State University’s Illinois Summer Research Academy.

ISU faculty will introduce their current research projects to freshman, sophomores and juniors. They’ll work with the instructors on the tools and techniques used in academic research.

The students contribute to those projects or conduct their own research with peers.

The cost is $650. The initial application deadline is April 1.
