CHICAGO – The Chicago Blackhawks, on Saturday, announced that they have trimmed their roster to 33 players.

The following players were assigned to the Rockford IceHogs: Andrew Campbell, Dennis Gilbert, Matheson Iacopelli, Graham Knott, Anthony Louis, Jordan Schroeder, Tyler Sikura and Luc Snuggerud.

The following players were released from their PTOs and will report to Rockford: Radovan Bondra, Terry Broadhurst and Matt Tomkins.

With these moves, the Blackhawks training camp roster comprises 17 forwards, 12 defensemen and four goaltenders.

The Blackhawks continue their preseason schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the United Center against the Detroit Red Wings. Puck drops at  7:30 p.m. That game can be seen on NBC Sports Chicago Plus, streamed on NBCSportsChicago.com and the NBCSports app and heard on ESPN Radio 1000.
