Staff Report LOS ANGELES - Ken Osmond, best known for his role as Eddie Haskell on the TV comedy "Leave It to Beaver," died Monday. He was 76. Haskell died from complications of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and peripheral arterial disease at his Los Angeles home.
