BELOIT, Wis. — Three men who died when their vehicle collided with a semi rolled over on I-43 in southern Wisconsin have been identified.

The Rock County Medical Examiner’s office says Cecilio Rodriguez Jr., 26; Hesham Abdelrahim, 26; and Delandis McKinney, 26, were killed in the crash at around 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, when the GMC Yukon they were in drove into a semi-truck that had collided with a vehicle and rolled over.

Investigators are still determining if the vehicle the semi first collided with was stopped or slowed on the roadway. The Yukon, driven by Rodriguez, crashed into the semi after it jackknifed and blocked traffic on I-43.

The incident is under investigation. R.
