Blackhawks anthem singer Jim Cornelison returns to BMO May 11

ROCKFORD — Chicago Blackhawks anthem singer Jim Cornelison will return to the BMO Harris Bank Center Friday, May 11, to sing the national anthem for the Game 4 Central Division Finals showdown between the Manitoba Moose and Rockford IceHogs.

Fans are encouraged to participate in the ‘Hawks tradition of cheering during the national anthem while Cornelison sings before the 7 p.m. puck drop.




Rockford and Manitoba will kick-off their best-of-seven game Central Division Finals series of the Calder Cup Playoffs Friday at Bell MTS Place. The IceHogs will play back-to-back road games in Winnipeg Friday and Saturday before returning to the BMO Harris Bank Center for two guaranteed home games: Wednesday, May 9; and Game 4, Friday, May 11. Both games begin at 7 p.m.

If necessary, Game 5 will be played in Rockford Saturday, May 12. The series would then shift to Manitoba for the final two contests.
