BELVIDERE — The Belvidere Police Department is searching for a man investigators say has been missing since last Thursday.

Kyle Rogers, 23, was last seen walking near the 100 Block of South State Street late Thursday, May 10. He is a white male, 5-11, 170 pounds. He was wearing a blue “Max Effort” T-shirt, jeans and brown dress shoes.
