At around 11:30 a.m., another subject, Larry F. Gary, 44, came out of the house and was detained.

Police recovered a gun and ammunition from inside the house and another firearm from a nearby yard. Both guns were reported stolen.

Gary has been charged as an armed habitual offender with two counts of possession of a stolen firearm and a single count of unlawful use of weapons by a felon.
